It’s the start of a new year and everything is fresh and clean. New years resolutions have been made (and probably broken by now). Several years ago I made a resolution that I have really been able to keep. Isn’t that amazing? My resolution? It is to never, never resolve anything again. Now how easy is that to keep?

Well, I really don’t recommend that. What I do recommend is that everyone sit down and think about what you want out of life and how you can accomplish getting what you want. Maybe it’s to go back to a simpler style of living. Or it could be kicking into high gear and expanding your horizons. Whatever is best for you, go for it with gusto and enthusiasm. You only get one chance at life on this planet, make the most of it.

I am looking forward to this year as your President. All the trials and tribulations of the first year are behind me and now I can really move forward in leading the Ocala chapter to be the best it’s ever been. I hope to bring more programs and chapter events to you in the coming months.

Your part in my success is to participate in all the fun. Without you, our chapter will be stagnant and die. So support your chapter. Remember it’s YOUR chapter. Help make it a huge success! Be a leader and step up to the plate and say “what can I do and how can I be part of the fun”. Several CAB positions are available for you to showcase your talents.
