The City of Alachua Sewing Circle
September Meeting

In celebration of National Sewing Month, the City of Alachua Neighborhood Group had a wonderful “Sew-In” at the Wellness Spa in High Springs. Attendees included Sima #1, Sima #2, Lin, Ellen, Suzie (and later joined by future ASG member Kathleen and her son Charles. The group worked tirelessly on their various sewing projects (chatting all the time) in the morning, had a delicious lunch at a local High Springs Café, and continued sewing until 4 pm. It was fun, relaxing, and everyone had a wonderful time. Several members enjoyed it so much, they commented about doing it again.
